On December 1, Christie’s Hong Kong will present a dedicated auction offering a superb selection of 20 works by modernist master Marc Chagall. Originating from the artist’s estate, the works have never been offered for sale before.
In celebration of this important auction, Christie’s Education is excited to present a masterclass led by senior specialist Bo Tan, “Marc Chagall: His Art and His Market”. We will learn about the unique style of this prolific artist, as well as his influence in art history. We will also take a close look at the lots offered in the auction, getting to know the market of this important 20th century artist.
