Christie’s Education Hosts Faculty Triple Book Launch

Last week Christie’s Education hosted a triple book launch at our London location to celebrate the release of faculty members Dr Julie Reiss, Dr Nicholas Tromans and Ben Street’s latest publications.

 

Dr Julie Reiss, Programme Director, M.A. Modern and Contemporary Art and the Market, has released Art,Theory and Practice in the Anthropocene, Malaga, Spain and Wilmington, DE: Vernon Press, 2018. This collection of essays focuses on the role of art (primarily visual) in response to environmental awareness and audience engagement in the context of the Anthropocene. Get your copy here.

 

Dr Nicholas Tromans, Programme Director, MA Art History and Art World Practice, released Christina Rossetti: Poetry in Art, co-edited with Susan Owens, Yale University Press, 2018. This is the first art book to explore Rossetti’s art and poetry together, including her own artworks, illustrations to her writing, and art inspired by her. Get your copy here.
