Overview
Lasting success isn’t rooted in individual ambition, but in the networks we build and the culture we shape together. In celebration of International Women's Day and this year’s theme, Accelerate Action, Sara Kay, founder of POWarts, encourages us to explore how real talk, community-centred care, and collective action can create a more fulfilling, united, and healthier future for women in the arts and beyond.
In the first 15–20 minutes of this session, Sara will share insights on building communities and navigating a career in the arts, drawing from her extensive experience across museums, galleries, auction houses, and non-profits. The discussion will then open up to a 40-minute Q&A, where attendees can ask Sara for advice on specific topics.
